A Survey for Parents of Children with Autism

Hello!

I am currently conducting research on government assistance of funding services for autistic individuals. I’m aiming to identify financial gaps that the government fails to cover, if there are any, and any problems that parents have paying for services that their child needs while taking into account a variety of factors. Through this survey, I can identify specific concerns that parents have with paying for services for their child with autism which can help bring these issues to light.
